What I Learned About Recognizing, Understaning and Dealing with Anxiety Symptoms
Can you recognize anxiety symptoms when you or someone close to you have them? Do you know what they mean and how to deal with it?
I didn’t know I was suffering from anxiety until I was 31 years old. Only then I began to understand a variety of difficulties I was having in my life and the damages it caused me.
I now know that in order to solve the fundamental problems and dilemmas in my life, I need to get over my anxiety problem and the associated problems.
I built this site as a consequence of my own unfortunate experience, and the broad research I have been conducting since I have found out about it.
Building this site has caused me some anxiety as well...this is an understatement I was suffering from some severe anxiety attacks associated with the decision of building it.
This is the first time I am building a web site, and I am also a little worried about the self exposure and the responses I will get.
I considered it again and again and decided that this would be a good therapy for me and would help me to get over with my anxiety, and also to be persistent and to stick with the self help treatments I am going to try till I will fully finish them.

What makes this site different (and better then others I believe and hope ) is that it is not written from a “professional” (medical or therapeutic) point of view or by internet marketers that want to take advantage of someone’s situation and build a site with 10 or so "articles" copied from somewhere else and re-written a bit - without any real value.
The content of this site is written from an ordinary (but educated) common sensed point of view, summarized and to the point as possible.
In this web site I will share with you the most important things I have learned (and still learning) about anxiety symptoms, anxiety, self help treatments and much more.
As a lawyer and economist you can be sure that I know how to research and to summarize, in a logical manner.

Hello, my name is Chen Karmeli. I am a 32 years old, I have LL.B in law and B.A in economics, and I have been suffering from anxiety most of my life, and didn’t even have a clue.
I have always been deep and thorough I am going to be like that right here. I know how to research in a very serious and professional manner, and I also know to question the “experts”, to find “holes” in their theories and compare them one with the other until I can find solid ground I can walk on.

What is this site all about?
When found out that I was having anxiety symptoms, I learned that I can be also suffering from anxiety disorder, OCD, depression and so on. It was all so confusing and it took me some time to "get the big picture" and put everything in the right perspective.
The more I studied about my anxiety symptoms I began to see that people around me were suffering from anxiety, anxiety disorder, OCD or even depression and could gently imply them about it.
Some of them were open to lean more and asked me a lot of questions about it.
Of course I only answered to what I could and knew. But in this site, I have not only gathered the most important things to that I already knew, but also research far deeper and further.
I will share with you the most important things I have learned and learning, summarized, and to the point as I can.
When I learned what I was suffering from, I asked myself how to solve it as soon as possible in the most effective way and the lowest energy and money that I can.
I thought that even if learning about it by myself, and trying some self help methods wouldn’t work, It is better to give it a try for a while before I start paying hundreds, and sometimes thousands of $ to "experts", "healers", medications act’.
Even if I am to fail it is better to come to a professional treatment knowledgeble as I can.
Any good news? Yes. There is a lot you can do by your own when you suspect that you or someone close to you is having anxiety symptoms, anxiety or anxiety disorder.

One of the first thing I have learned that among the most common reason for anxiety is the absence (or the destruction) of meaning full connections, above all - the connection with yourself.
I can tell you that when I realized I was suffering from anxiety something deep inside me changed.
It was as if many parts of the puzzle have joined together and it was like a rock fell of my chest. For the first time I understood so much about my difficulties and my mental and emotional “blocks”.
Modern life can be very demanding, and the need to deal with anxiety can look like just another, rather frustrating burden, but in some cases it can also be an important lesion and the beginning of a life breakthrough.
